Real estate files, 1894-1935.

Real estate files include documents for sale of lots in the newly established townsite of Sasco in 1917, petitions to the City Council for improvements, documents concerning a cracker factory in Block 195, a list of building specifications by Henry Jaastad, and correspondence concerning the Bisbee property of Kate Sauvage who was indicted for the murder of Henry Sauvage, as well as sales and contract information about many Tucson properties. There are also records of the Arizona Mexico Land Company formed along with Frederico Ronstadt and John H. Campbell to assist Francisco and Ernesto Morineau when their land in Mexico was seized by the Government, 1914. Cattle company records include inventories and reports giving detailed descriptions of the land and operations for the Arivaca Land and Cattle Company, the Las Jarillas Cattle Company, and the Poso Verde Cattle Company.
